You can return or exchange gifts free of charge within 30 days of the delivery date. Gifts purchased at aliciaadamalpaca.com may be exchanged for a new item or a Alicia Adams Alpaca Gift Card — or returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original form of payment. What is your price adjustment policy?
We will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 14 days of the shipment date.
