Do you need a new size or color? Simply place a new order or create an exchange through our easy RMA System, or contact Customer Service. Please utilize a trackable method and insure your return as we are not liable for items damaged in transit or packages addressed / delivered to addresses other than the Millbrook addresses listed below.

International and Puerto Rico

Please be advised that any returned orders that require us to pay any duties or fees on will be deducted from the return amount. Itemized receipts available upon request. It is imperative that the item is in its original, unworn, unused condition, and in its original packaging. International Orders must be returned within 20 days from receipt. Please package your items, enclose your order invoice and return via a trackable shipping method of your choice to:

Returning in Store

You may return new, unused merchandise (when accompanied by a receipt) within 30 days of purchase. It’s essential that you bring your invoice or receipt with the item you’d like to return to our Millbrook store (not available for our other locations) for quick returns and exchanges. Please note, returns are only accepted for product purchased at www.aliciaadamsalpaca.com. Product unaccompanied by receipt is subject to be returned at the lowest price it was sold at. Returns and refunds are made at the discretion of Alicia Adams Alpaca. If you’ve purchased product through a retail store or website, you must process your return with them.

Exchanging a Gift

You may exchange gifts for a new item or a Gift Card - either visit a store or contact Customer Care to help coordinate the exchange, then follow the steps above for online returns. We are unable to provide cash refunds for gifts. All gifts must be traceable to the original purchaser. Product unaccompanied by receipt is subject to be returned at the lowest price it was sold at. Exchanges are made at the discretion of Alicia Adams Alpaca.

Return Policy

You may return new, unused merchandise (purchased from www.aliciaadamsalpaca.com) when accompanied by a receipt within 30 days. We will accommodate a one-time price adjustment on full price merchandise for up to 10 days. Purchases made from 11/15-12/31 are ineligible for price adjustment. Private Sale, Weekly Steals, and Clearance items are final sale, as are altered or monogrammed products. If a gift with purchase was included with your order based on the purchase amount, the gift with purchase must be returned with the other items. Returns and refunds are made at the discretion of Alicia Adams Alpaca. Product purchased through a retail store or website other than those owned and operated by Alicia Adams Alpaca, must be returned to the seller.

Refund Policy

You'll receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 days - issued in the form of the original payment or a Gift Card. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited. Please note: PayPal exchanges must be even, any balance will need to be charged to a credit card payment tender. Returns and refunds are made at the discretion of Alicia Adams Alpaca. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders.

Shipping Errors / Damaged Products

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. We recommend that our products are dry cleaned *only.* We do not recommend any other methods. We do not accept returns that are result of improper care. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite the return (for orders shipped within the US). Any customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Alicia Adams Alpaca is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.
